A: There is NO minimum order!
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yes we do. An additional fee will be charged, priced by your location. HK Island: $150, Kowloon side: $250, N.T. $300, Tung Chung $350, Discovery Bay: $450.
Q: How much are helium balloons?
A: This depends on the type and size of balloon. We have both foil and latex balloons. Foil balloons range from $35 – $300 whilst latex balloons start at $13 (for OVER 20 pcs) and $15 (for UNDER 20 pcs).
Q: Do your helium balloons include ribbon?
Q: Does the price include the balloon weight?
A: No. The weights are an additional cost. Small weights for regular balloons are $2 each. Heavy weights for supersized balloons/bouquets are $15 each.
Q: How long do helium balloons last?
A: Latex balloons will last roughly 8-10 hours, so they need to be inflated ON THE DAY of your party. Foil balloons will last 1-2 weeks, depending on conditions. Foil balloons can be refilled with helium and used again.
Q: What is the difference between foil and latex balloons?
A: Foil helium balloons will last for 1-2 weeks, so that’s why they are more expensive, depending on the size. Latex balloons are the rubber balloons which will only last for about 8-10 hours.
Q: What is the different between PEARL latex and regular (glossy/shiny) latex balloons?
A: For children’s parties we always recommend the regular latex, as the colors are brighter. The pearl ones are SOFTER and have a metallic/silvery finish, so the colors are less bright. They are usually used in adult’s parties or Bridal Showers.
Q: What if I bring my own latex balloons, can you inflate them?
A: Yes we can. We will charge for helium depending on the size of your balloon. However, you must make sure your latex balloons are helium quality (which means they are thick enough) or else they will POP! We cannot be held responsible if the balloons are damaged during inflation, helium lost during inflation of defective balloons will not be refunded or replaced.
Q: How do I know if my latex balloons are helium quality?
A: It usually says on the packaging if they are helium quality. If it doesn’t say, it’s better to buy the helium quality balloon from us. We have over 30 colors to choose from.
Q: Do you sell helium tanks?
A: Sorry, we don’t. For safety reasons, tanks must be purchased through a government-approved supplier.
Q: Can you inflate my own balloons?
A: We can inflate your own balloons at our party shop. However, we cannot guarantee other supplier’s balloons will remain inflated, nor can we be held responsible if the balloons are damaged during inflation process.
Q: Do you sell piñatas?
A: Yes we do. We have many different styles to match any theme.
Q: Are the piñatas pre-filled (with candy)?
A: Sorry, they are NOT (for health & safety reasons). We have many party flavors, sold separately, that you can put in the piñata. (Suggest whistles, printed latex balloons, key chains or small stamps). You can also buy candies from the supermarket, if you wish.
Q: Do you have the stick and blindfold for piñata?
A: Yes we do have the stick and blindfold. They are sold separately.
