Balloons and delivery payment:
Simply Love Ltd. reserves the right to hold delivery until full payment is made.
Delivery time and dates
Requests for specific delivery dates and times will be accomodated as closely as possible, but because we serve a large area, no guarantees are made that your order will be delivered at a specific time.
Deliveries will be suspended under bad weather conditions, such as rain with thunderstorm, or when typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
*Once delivery has been made at the given address, it is no longer the responsibility of Simply Love Ltd. Refunds/returns cannot be given if the balloon or goods has not passed onto the named recipient (Please make sure receiver is at the address at the time of delivery).
All deliveries should be made between our business hours. Additional fee of $100 per hour is required for deliveries at special hours. Simply Love Ltd. reserves the right to reschedule deliveries without prior notice in case of bad weather and other events beyond our control.
The item ordered must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition before an exchange can be made.
* Although we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, if it does arrive damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition inform us as soon as possible (must be on the same day). All packing and contents must be kept, failure to do so may result in the claim being rejected.
* Personalised & made to order items are non-returnable.
All cancellation/ exchange on orders or deliveries should be made AT LEAST 2 days BEFORE the delivery/pick up date.
All personal information gathered by Simply Love Ltd. shall be used in the purpose of your order but may be kept for future promotional events by ourselves.
Simply Love Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
